John Zavoli

John joined Hyzon in February 2021 as its General Counsel. Most recently, he served as Karma Automotive’s General Counsel in Irvine, CA. John has served in senior legal and financial roles in both venture-backed and public entities, and is a former PwC partner in the firm’s Boston, MA and San Jose, CA offices.

John has his JD from UIC John Marshall Law School and his LL.M. from Boston University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in California, Illinois and New Hampshire.
