Mark Roche

Mark Roche, CRSP, currently serves as the Global Director of EHS and Sustainability at Autoliv, overseeing 100+ facilities and 65,000 employees across 27 countries, focusing on enhancing safety leadership and culture. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Director of EHS and Risk Management for Autoliv's European Division, managing EHS and Risk Management strategies for 30 facilities and 27,000 employees. Mark’s experience includes serving as Global Director of EHS & Risk Management at Veoneer, where responsibilities included establishing the EHS and Risk Management functions. Mark's career at Autoliv began in 2002, with roles as Division EHS and Facility Risk Manager and Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a position as HR Labor Relations and Safety Generalist at Visteon Corporation. Mark holds a degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Ryerson University and has further education from Centennial College.
