Nathalie Potel-Charlette has extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly in embedded electronics and safety systems, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Responsable Innovation - Electronique de Volant at Autoliv since April 2005, Nathalie leads a team focused on innovation in electronic steering wheel systems, overseeing various projects including hand detection and dynamic LED displays. Previous roles at Autoliv included innovation project management for embedded electronics and serial life project leadership, as well as responsibilities in calibration for airbag units with notable OEMs. Nathalie's earlier career features roles in crash simulation and restraint system engineering at notable firms such as GIST, Key Safety Systems, and ESI Group, supported by a degree in mechanical engineering from Centrale Méditerranée.
