Duncan Fung is a skilled culinary professional with substantial experience in sushi preparation and kitchen operations. Currently serving as a Production Operator 2 at Autolus Ltd. since December 2021, Duncan previously held various roles in the culinary industry, including Junior Sous Chef and Chef De Partie at ORANGE BRANDS MANAGEMENT from March 2016 to September 2020. Duncan's expertise in sushi began several years ago, cultivating a passion for mastering this art form.
