Joshua Vernon

Joshua Vernon has a strong background in the automation industry. Joshua is currently the Director of Engineering at Automated Control Concepts, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Joshua served as the President of Elkwood Controls from 2018 to 2022. At Elkwood, they focused on providing cost-effective solutions for brownfield automation assets.

Before their time at Elkwood, Joshua worked as a Senior Controls Engineer at Universal Studios from 2016 to 2020. Joshua was responsible for overseeing the controls systems at the theme park.

Joshua's career began in 2010 at Rockwell Automation, where they held various roles including Technical Consultant for Global Accounts, Engineer for Systems and Solutions, and Engineer for Field Service. Joshua worked with clients to implement automation solutions and provided field support as needed.

Joshua Vernon attended Texas A&M University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
