Austin Spina Monti has work experience in both the healthcare and real estate industries. Austin started their career at The Spina Group in 2010, where they worked as a Realtor Associate and Administrative Assistant. In this role, they were involved in daily real estate operations, including property showings, agent networking, and contract coordination. Austin also developed a highly effective marketing strategy that resulted in multi-million dollar real estate sales.

In 2011, Austin joined Automated Healthcare Solutions (AHCS) as a Senior Account Manager. Austin represented the knowledge and expertise supporting each of AHCS's core products installed at an account. Their responsibilities included delivering exceptional service to exceed customer expectations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping accounts achieve maximum utilization. Austin was later promoted to the role of Regional Account Director, where they continued to excel in their customer service and compliance efforts.

Austin Spina Monti earned a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, General from the University of Central Florida, from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at The King's Academy from 2000 to 2005. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Sales Associate from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in March 2010.
