Zack Flint

Zack Flint is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the VP of Corporate Development at Automatic Fire Protection since August 2024. Previously, Flint held the position of Chief M&A Officer at D1 Brands from February 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included building, acquiring, and scaling Amazon Third Party Sellers. Prior to D1 Brands, Flint worked as a Senior Associate and Private Equity Associate at Satori Capital from August 2018 to February 2021, focusing on partnerships with companies that prioritize long-term value creation. Flint began a career in investment banking at Lincoln International, first as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in June 2015, then as an Investment Banking Analyst from February 2016 to June 2018. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Flint earned a degree in 2016.
