Paul MacKman

Paul Mackman is currently serving as the General Manager at Automatik VFX, where Paul also acts as the VFX Head of Production. Paul holds a concurrent role as the General Manager at THE POST REPUBLIC UK LIMITED. Outside of the VFX industry, Paul is a Business/Career Coach & Mentor at NECESSITY COACHING. Previously, Paul held the role of Managing Director at HEROIC and Chief Operations Officer at Axis Studios. Paul has extensive experience in production roles, including Line Producer at Double Negative and Producer at Rebellion. Paul has a diverse educational background, including an MBA Essentials course from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching.
