Arpita Patel

Arpita Patel is an experienced professional with over a decade of expertise in channel operations, customer success, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Head of Renewals for IME & ROW at Automation Anywhere since June 2013, Arpita has developed a multi-tiered channel program and established workflows in Salesforce to enhance partner program alignment. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Channel Operations and Global Partnership Programs, Manager of Global Channel Operations, Operations Manager for Partner Sales and Vendor Relations, and Customer Success Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at Rangam Consultants Inc. and Medusind Solutions, where Arpita managed recruitment teams and customer service operations.
