Ashwani Saihgal

Ashwani Saihgal is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Automation Anywhere since November 2017. In this role, Ashwani is responsible for managing partner relationships and driving sales initiatives across North America. Previously, Ashwani held significant leadership positions at GENPACT from June 2001 to November 2017, focusing on sales leadership, digital transformation, and global relationship management within business process outsourcing. Ashwani began a professional career at Tata Motors as a Field Service Engineer. Academically, Ashwani holds a PGDBM in Marketing from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, complemented by certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
