Shraddha Tope has been working in the field of technical account management and escalation leadership. With a background in information technology and business management, Shraddha has extensive experience with companies like Automation Anywhere and Allscripts. Most recently, Shraddha has been serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager and Escalation Lead at Automation Anywhere. Prior to that, Shraddha held the role of Platinum Technical Support Consultant at Allscripts for a decade.
