Ben Mackley is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, product management, and curriculum development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and President at Automation Helpers, Ben oversees services, product management, finance, and people functions. Previously at Zoom, Ben managed various engineering teams and played a critical role during the migration to Zoom Virtual Agent. Prior to that, Ben gained valuable skills in customer-centric solutions as a Solutions Engineer at Quantum Metric and engaged in curriculum development while at Thinkful. Ben's career also includes significant contributions as a Solutions Engineer at ProcessMaker, a Product Manager at Scoutr, and a software engineer at Foster Moore, along with teaching web development at Wake Technical Community College. Ben holds a Master's in Educational/Instructional Technology and a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
