Desirae Metcalfe, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive work experience in various human resources roles.

Desirae started their career at LPS-FS as a Manager - On-Site/HR from August 2008 to August 2009. Desirae then became a Human Resources Sr. Generalist/OPS Liaison from August 2009 to November 2011.

Desirae decided to volunteer their services at Family Pride of Northeast Ohio from November 2011 to March 2014, where they provided valuable human resources support.

Desirae later joined Olympic Steel in May 2013, working as Compliance, Human Resources until September 2013.

Currently, Desirae is working as a Human Resources Leader at Automation Plastics Corporation since September 2013.

Throughout their career, Desirae has gained expertise in various aspects of human resources and has proven their dedication in providing exceptional services in this field.

Desirae Metcalfe, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a background in Business Administration and Management, with a field of study in General Business. Desirae attended Kent State University for their undergraduate education. In December 2012, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Following that, in January 2015, they obtained the Society For Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
