Pat Kinzy

Pat Kinzy possesses extensive experience in operations management within the metal finishing industry. Currently serving as both President and Chief Operating Officer at Automation Plating Corp since January 2008, Pat is responsible for overseeing company operations, managing expenses, maintaining ISO quality systems, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior roles included Facility Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at Automation Plating from March 1997 to January 2008, where responsibilities encompassed ISO QMS tasks and project oversight. Earlier experience includes owning and working as a technician at DC Tech, a specialized service company for the Metal Finishing Industry. Pat has completed multiple certifications in business communications and ISO 9000, further demonstrating a strong commitment to professional development.
