Ainslie G.

Ainslie G. currently serves as the Trust & Safety Lead at Automattic, overseeing operations for WordPress.com and Tumblr since February 2016. Ainslie co-founded Saadia Organics, a Vancouver-based company specializing in hand-pressed cosmetic products from Morocco, managing its operations from September 2011 to March 2015. Prior to this, Ainslie owned Karma Hair Lounge, a North Vancouver salon offering high-end hair and spa services, and served as an ambassador for TIGI Haircare. Ainslie's early career included instructing TESOL at Concordia Career College, where curriculum development and publishing were key responsibilities. Ainslie holds a BA in Sociology and Women's Studies from the University of Victoria and completed further education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2015.
