Punit Dholakia

Punit Dholakia is currently the VP of Capital Markets at Pipe. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Analyst at Bank of America from May 2007 to August 2007. From March 2013 to February 2018, they worked as a Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank, originating investment grade bond transactions for banks, asset managers, specialty finance companies, and business development companies. From February 2008 to December 2009, they worked as an analyst at Wells Fargo Securities in the structured products department. In September 2019, they began working at Upgrade, Inc. as their Director of Capital Markets and was promoted to VP of Capital Markets / Head of Institutional Investor Group in January 2021.

Punit Dholakia received their Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Mumbai University. Punit then went on to receive their Masters in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Finally, they obtained their certification from Series 7 & Series 63.
