Daniel Danilov

Daniel Danilov is an accomplished Data Scientist at Automattic since September 2014, where responsibilities include enhancing leadership capabilities as Lead of Leads and driving strategic execution for distributed teams. As a Lead Project Manager, Daniel successfully transitioned the global support team from email to live chat support, resulting in doubled productivity and a perfect team retention rate. Previously, Daniel expanded live chat support into Europe and Asia as a Project Manager, growing the team from 10 to over 300 members. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Product Manager at Capital Option and a Product Manager at the Association of Former Residents of China, focusing on customer service excellence and heritage projects, respectively. Daniel holds an Honors BA in Psychology & Business Administration from Reichman University.
