James Huff (he/him)

James Huff has over a decade of experience in various roles within technology, music, and customer service. Currently serving as a Happiness Engineer at Automattic since December 2010, James focuses on assisting users of Automattic products. In addition, James has been a trumpet player with Polyhedra since April 2018. James founded and administered Program Notes from April 2007 to December 2016 and held positions such as News Editor at Weblog Tools Collection and Staff Writer at Splash Panel. Previous roles include Assistant Office Manager at L. Shelton & Associates, Contributing Editor and Forum Moderator at MacMerc.com, and Webmaster for the Cal Poly Pomona Music Department. James also has experience in retail, having worked at Bronco Bookstore's Computer Department and Rancho Feed. James earned a BA in Music Education from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2003 to 2007.
