Velda Christensen

Velda Christensen has extensive experience in various technical and creative roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Happiness Engineer at Automattic since July 2012, Velda focuses on community support, user feedback, and creative problem-solving. Previous roles include Marketing, Social Media, and Graphic Design at Blendtec, where responsibilities encompassed designing e-commerce interfaces and leading social media marketing. Velda's background also includes web development at ZaReason, Inc., IT operations management at Hands-On Web Hosting, and technical support roles at Glyphics and Telescan. Velda holds an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Utah Valley University and is a graduate of American Fork High School.
