Herd Rogers

Herd Rogers has over 30 years of experience in the business sector, beginning with a role as Senior Business Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1990. In 1994, they moved to EY as a Consultant and Manager. Herd then joined Netica as a Finance Director in 1998 before moving to GSC in 1999, where they held the role of Finance Director. Herd's role at GSC involved providing outsourcing solutions in a business to consumer environment, including server and data hosting and maintenance, customer service, human resources and software development and maintenance. In 2008, they moved to Autometrics as Director of Data and Operations. Most recently, they joined MinNiGate as Director in 2018.

Herd Rogers has a diverse educational background. Herd obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from The University of Edinburgh in 1989, followed by a Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) in 1993. Herd then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 1998. After this, Rogers obtained a Master of Science (MSc) from SOAS University of London in 2021, and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering - MEng from The Open University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
