Samantha McGonigle currently serves as Partner and General Counsel at Hg since April 2024 and holds positions as Investor and Non-Executive Director at Autometry as well as Investor and observer roles at multiple companies, including EVORA Global, Amplience, Exclaimer, and Unily. Samantha co-founded Farview Equity Partners in February 2019, following an extensive legal career in private equity M&A, including a partnership at Weil Gotshal and Manges from April 2006 to January 2019. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Solicitor at Lovells. Samantha McGonigle earned an LPC in Law from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice and a degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
