Jon Cain

Jon Cain has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Since 1999, they have been serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at AutoMon, which is now a subsidiary of Government Brands. In this role, they lead multiple teams in the development and operation of AutoMon's product suite, including the AIMS case management platform. Noteworthy projects include the development and delivery of a bail management system for the Texas State Office of Court Administration.

Prior to becoming CTO, Jon worked as the Vice President of Engineering at AutoMon, where they played a key role in retooling the company's software development life cycle, implementing agile methodologies, and migrating source code. Jon also led the development of a SaaS-based case management application for pretrial agencies, as well as hybrid-cloud solutions to enhance AutoMon's offerings.

Before joining AutoMon, Jon worked as a Software Architect at various companies. Jon was involved in designing and building trust accounting systems, prison kiosk and visitor case management systems, and legal case management systems. Jon also played a crucial role in winning and implementing a significant contract with the state of Western Australia.

Jon Cain has a diverse education history in the field of computer science. In 1999, they attended the DeVry Institute of Technology for two years, focusing on computer science. Jon then briefly attended Arizona State University in 2002, continuing their studies in computer science. In 1996, Jon spent a year at Mohave Community College, pursuing general studies. Prior to that, in 1995, they completed a year of general studies at Scottsdale Community College.

In addition to their formal education, Jon Cain recently obtained a certification from Microsoft. In July 2021, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
