Manju Venkataramana

Manju Venkataramana currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for AIAG, providing strategic direction for a not-for-profit association focused on quality, supply chain, and corporate responsibility practices in the mobility industries. With extensive experience at Continental since February 2004, Venkataramana has held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President of Quality and Project Excellence, overseeing global teams and all aspects of quality management. Prior to this, Venkataramana conducted graduate research at Old Dominion University, leading to a publication in the Journal of Traffic Injury Prevention, and has worked in various engineering roles, including as a Mechanical Engineering Drafter at CooperVision. Venkataramana holds several advanced degrees, including an MBA and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, along with executive training from prominent institutions.
