Chris Wilkinson

Chris Wilkinson is currently a Program Manager at Automotive Parts Associates. Prior to this, they worked as a Social Media Sales Specialist at Edelbrock Group from August 2020 to May 2022. In this role, they focused on responding to immediate customer needs, as well as monitoring online communities and encouraging direct sales and support. They also functioned as both a sales technician (answering phones for tech line, responding to instant chat support) and the social media response team.

From January 2019 to August 2020, Chris Wilkinson worked as Marketing Coordinator at COMP Performance Group. In this role, they handled day to day social media for the Comp Performance Group family of brands!

Chris Wilkinson’s first job was at True Manufacturing from January 2016 to August 2016 where they worked as a Process Project Engineer. As a Process/Project Co-op, they worked directly under two Engineers and with production lines in the O'Fallon production facility. Projects they worked on during their time here included instituting Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing ideas into production lines and using Solidworks to design efficient work stations. They also worked directly with line supervisors to ensure proper safety and production methods were applied. Their long term project involved instituting quality checks in the automated Robot weld cells which involved reviewing designs against actually jigs and finished frame rails, and submitting drawing changes and design edits. The goal of the project was preparing this element of production for ISO 9000 Certification. This project also extended to the satellite production plants around St. Louis, focusing on the pallet/ skid designs and drawings.

Chris Wilkinson's educational career began at Cate School, where they earned their diploma. Chris then went on to study mechanical engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Chris Wilkinson works with Rob Payne - Product Director, Judy Sanell - Finance Manager, and Jan Larson - Director of Marketing. Their manager is Steve Tucker, President.
