André Nogueira

André Nogueira has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. André is currently working at automotiveMastermind Inc. as the EEQ Data Integration Lead since November 2021. Prior to their current role, André worked at Dealer-FX Group, Inc. from 2014 to 2021, starting as the Strategic Projects Lead and progressing to roles such as Program Manager, Manager of Data Analytics & Reporting, and Senior Manager of Data Analytics and Reporting.

Before joining Dealer-FX Group, André pursued their MBA at the Rotman School of Management - University of Toronto from 2012 to 2014. In 2013, they also worked as a Strategy and Process Development Consultant at BRVANT / BRV UAV & Flight Systems.

During their earlier career, André gained valuable experience at Bombardier Aerospace, where they held two roles. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Certification Analyst at the Global Completion Centre, focusing on project coordination, team management, and database implementation. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, André served as an Interiors Integrator for the CSeries Program, managing sub-work packages, leading change initiatives, and strategizing supplier transitions.

André's career began at General Motors in 2006, where they worked as a Product Engineer in the Interiors department. André successfully led a task force and managed suppliers, achieving on-time execution. Before that, they worked at Embraer as a Product Development Engineer for the E-Jets Program and as a Process Development Engineer.

André Nogueira obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1997 to 2001. André then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2012 to 2014. In between, from 2004 to 2006, they attended Instituto Tecnológico Aeroespacial, although the specific degree attained during this period is not provided.
