Nicole Lindsay

Nicole Lindsay has extensive work experience in program management, project management, business analysis, and editorial roles. Nicole'smost recent position is with Automox as the Director of Program Management, starting in May 2022.

Prior to that, Nicole worked at 2U for over five years, where they held various roles. Nicole served as the Senior Director of the Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for creating a scalable PMO structure and leading multi-million dollar projects. Nicole also served as the Senior Director of Business Analysis, guiding the business analysis organization and collaborating with the executive team on operational strategies. Previously, they were the Director of Business Analysis, managing the portfolio team and partnering with finance for annual planning. Nicole also worked as a Business Analyst IV, collaborating with product management and engineering to overhaul a CMS platform.

Before 2U, Nicole worked at Lincoln Financial Group as a Business Systems Analyst and at Aptera Software as a Business Analyst, where they directly interfaced with clients for software development projects.

Nicole also has experience in the eCommerce field, having served as an eCommerce Business Analyst at GNC, where they were the sole product owner for the eCommerce team and led the rebuild and redesign of the GNC.com shopping cart experience.

Nicole began their career at SnapRetail, a SaaS tech startup, where they worked as a Business Analyst. Nicole played a crucial role in building out the business analysis and product team and establishing key processes and strategies for enterprise-level growth.

Nicole'searliest work experience was as an Editorial Assistant at Local Flair Magazine, where they excelled as a feature writer, copyeditor, and advertiser manager.
