Jeff Mercado is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Software Engineering Lead at RepairSmith by AutoNation since June 2023, Jeff has previously held positions such as Staff Engineer at TrueVault and Chief Software Architect at RepairSmith. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Jeff has occupied key engineering roles at organizations including Spokeo, Emotely, ScoreBig, LEVEL Studios, Razorfish, and Paramount Pictures. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine.
