Karolina Szafron

Karolina Szafron is an experienced IT PLM Engineer currently working at Autoneum since December 2023. With a background in product data management and product lifecycle management, Karolina has been serving as a PDM/PLM Support Consultant at BOS Innovation and Technology Center since February 2021, where responsibilities include supporting the implementation and expansion of PLM systems and conducting PDM training. Prior to this role, Karolina gained valuable experience at Nexteer Automotive EMEASA from October 2016 to February 2020 as a Product Change Implementation Leader and Assistant. Karolina holds an Inżynier degree in Environmental Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology, completed in 2015.
