Supported Employment Operations Manager at AutonoMe

Charlotte Judd has had a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charlotte started their career as a Care Assistant at Abbeyfield from September 2009 to September 2015. Following that, they worked as a Specialist Autism Practitioner at Weston College from September 2015 to September 2021. Charlotte then joined AutonoMe in September 2021 as a Development Employment Coordinator, before being promoted to the role of Supported Employment Operations Manager in January 2023.

Charlotte Judd completed their education from 2013 to 2016 at the University of the West of England, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education in Professional Practice. In addition to their formal education, Charlotte also obtained various certifications from Microsoft. Charlotte became a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert in both 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, and they also acquired the certification of MCE: Microsoft Certified Educator in July 2020.
