Bill Heep has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Bill began their career in 1995 as Dialer and Collections Manager at TeleCheck Services, Inc. Bill then moved to Arcadia Financial / Citi Auto in 1997, where they served as Director of Collections and Strategy. In 2003, they joined Centrix Financial as Ops Manager/Senior Risk Analyst and Flatiron Financial Services, Inc. as AVP. Bill then moved to TeleTech Government Solutions in 2009, where they worked as Outbound Dialer Campaign Manager. In 2010, they joined Harland Clarke as Director, Contact Center Services and Regulatory Compliance. Currently, they are the Director, Strategy & Analytics at AUTOPAY.
