Ramiro Pedroza

Ramiro Pedroza has over 14 years of work experience. Ramiro began their career in 2007 as a DCI at Geek Squad. From 2009 to 2014, they held multiple roles at Best Buy, including Home Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and Business Office Manager. During this time, they were responsible for $20M in sales and was awarded top NOP performer in the territory for 2013. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at CarMax as a Business Operations Manager and Sr Store Manager. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Motor Vehicle External Services Manager at Adams County Government. Currently, they are the Director of Operations-Titles Administration and Manager of Operations at AUTOPAY.

Ramiro Pedroza attended Laredo Community College from 1999 to 2001, where they studied General studies. From 2001 to 2003, they attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations.
