Cahyadi Permana

Cahyadi Permana serves as the Head of Human Capital at AUTOPEDIA since May 2022, contributing to the growth of the omni-channel automotive industry under Triputra Group. Prior to this role, Cahyadi held positions at BINA KARYA PRIMA as the Head of Human Resource Strategic, overseeing human resource functions for a top FMCG manufacturer in Indonesia, and at PT. AKR Corporindo, Tbk, managing performance management and people development efforts. Cahyadi's earlier experience includes roles focused on recruitment and training at various companies, including Honda Prospect Motor. Cahyadi holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics Management from Universitas Tarumanagara and a Certified Business Management qualification from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.
