Esha Mayekar

Esha Mayekar has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Esha is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at Autoplant System India Pvt. Ltd. since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Tata Motors Insurance Broking and Advisory Services Ltd. from September 2019 to February 2022. Before that, they served as an Assistant Manager - HR & Admin at Willis Towers Watson India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd from June 2015 to August 2019. Esha also has experience as a Sr. Executive - HR at Sterling & Wilson Ltd from June 2010 to May 2015. Additionally, they worked as an Executive - HCS at Vitasta Consulting Pvt Ltd from July 2009 to April 2010, and as an HR Intern at Television Eighteen India Pvt Ltd from July 2008 to December 2008. Their roles have included various responsibilities such as recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and HR administration.

Esha Mayekar completed an Executive Development Programme in Human Resources Development from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained an MA in Industrial Psychology from SNDT University in 2007-2009. In 2001-2002, they studied General Studies at K.C.Gandhi School, affiliated with Mumbai University. Esha also holds a certification in "Human Resources: Creating an Employee Handbook" from LinkedIn, obtained in 2020.
