Stefan Vogel

Stefan Vogel currently serves as General Counsel and Senior Director Legal at AutoScout24 since January 2022, where responsibilities include acting as Authorized Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Additionally, Stefan holds the position of Geschäftsführer at AutoScout24 Subscription GmbH and AUTOproff Deutschland GmbH, as well as Board Member at Casi. From July 2022, Stefan has been the Chairman of the Board at Secure Payment A/S, a payment service provider regulated by the Danish FSA. Prior experience includes Managing Director Legal and Chief Compliance Officer at Sixt Leasing SE, and Vice President Corporate & Compliance at Sky Deutschland GmbH, where expertise encompassed corporate governance, commercial law, M&A, and compliance matters. Stefan began a legal career as a Senior Associate at KNAUTHE Rechtsanwälte und Notare, following the attainment of a Juris Doctor degree from Freie Universität Berlin.
