Christophe Quintin

Christophe Quintin is the Chief Inspector at the Autorité de sûreté nucléaire (ASN) since November 2017, responsible for developing and managing inspection policies and programs, overseeing inspectors' training, and conducting sensitive inspections. Previously, Christophe served as the Head of the Security, Defence and Economic Intelligence Directorate and Deputy High Official for Defence at the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development & Energy/Ministry of Housing and Territorial Equality, where core responsibilities included physical protection policy implementation, cybersecurity, crisis management, and nuclear security. Over the years, Christophe held various leadership roles in regional directorates, focusing on nuclear safety, energy, and environmental protection, starting from a policy officer position in the Ministry of Environment in 1988. Christophe holds advanced degrees in Public Management and Environmental Engineering.
