Séverine Besse-Le Saux is an experienced professional with a robust background in communication, crisis management, and coaching within sports and institutional frameworks. As the founder of mrs.BESSE since January 2016, Besse-Le Saux specializes in navigating critical moments and potential crises. As a co-managing partner at Sport Intelligence since 2010, Besse-Le Saux provides strategic guidance to sports organizations in marketing, communication, and development, working closely with elected officials, sports leaders, and elite athletes. Additional roles include training in crisis communication for various organizations, consulting for the Autorité de sûreté nucléaire (ASN), and mentorship at OxGEN. Besse-Le Saux's extensive educational background includes an Executive coaching degree from HEC Paris and expertise in communication and non-verbal strategies, complemented by a Master’s in institutional communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne.
