Dr. Irene Mostert

Dr. Irene Mostert currently serves as a Supervisor at the Autoriteit Financiële Markten since December 2019, focusing on team Behavior and Culture within the Expertise Centre and leading projects such as ‘Tone at the Top’ and the 'Impact and Design of the Compliance Function.' Previously, Dr. Mostert was a PhD Candidate at De Nederlandsche Bank from April 2015 to December 2019, researching corporate governance from a behavioral perspective, and also held a position as a temporary researcher focused on Corporate Governance. Additional roles include a keynote speaker at KPMG, an internship at the municipality of Zwolle, and various roles during studies, including a coach at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Dr. Mostert holds a cum laude Master of Business Administration from the University of Groningen, alongside a master's and bachelor's degree in business administration and psychology, respectively, also obtained cum laude.
