Sumaiya Bholat has over 17 years of experience in the financial and software industries. Sumaiya started their career in 2001 at Countrywide as a Loss Prevention Tech, where they were responsible for administrating and maintaining call center daily data and reporting. Sumaiya was then chosen to start up a new loss mitigation workout department and develop performance metrics for all associates.

In 2003, Bholat joined American Home Mortgage (fka Option One Mortgage) as a Project Manager and Default System Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for leading all aspects of large, enterprise-wide formal projects, utilizing project management principles and six sigma methodologies. Sumaiya was also responsible for producing operational reports and tracking associate performance.

In 2009, Bholat joined Walz Certified Mail Solutions as an Account and Project Manager. In this role, they worked as a single point of contact for Enterprise level client accounts and managed high end customers through Sales, Implementation and on-going account maintenance. Sumaiya also implemented project standards throughout the company for standardization and managed client-facing projects through software life cycle.

In 2013, Bholat joined MUFG Union Bank, N.A. as a VP, Digital Transformation Project Manager. In this role, they provided leadership to project teams and managed tracking project milestones, deliverables and dependencies throughout the project life-cycle for multiple payment/collection and compliance related projects. Sumaiya also worked on a large range of software projects around Online Banking, Mobile Banking and other Banking and FinTech products.

Currently, Bholat is the Vice President Operations at AUTOsist - Simple Fleet Maintenance Software.

Sumaiya Bholat received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance/ Management from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics between 2003 and 2006.
