Andrew Leto

Andrew Leto is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the logistics and technology sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Emerge since March 2016, Andrew is focused on reinventing freight procurement. In addition to leading Arcturus Venture since January 2017 as a Founder and Partner, Andrew holds board member and investor positions at several companies, including Palmetto, EDRAY Collaborative Port Logistics, Roadrunner Freight, and MyCarrier. Andrew also co-founded GlobalTranz, a 3PL and technology provider acquired in 2018, and 10-4 Systems, which focuses on trucking visibility and optimization technology, acquired by Trimble Inc. in 2017. Previous involvement includes a board member role at MapAnything, Inc., acquired by Salesforce in 2019. Andrew’s career began in the US Navy, where Andrew served as a Sonar Tech from 1996 to 2001. Andrew graduated from Horizon High School in 1996.
