Michele Carignani

Michele Carignani currently serves as IT Lead and Project Manager at Autostrade per l'Italia - Persone since June 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Testing and Interoperability Technical Expert at ETSI from April 2017 to May 2021, where contributions involved developing high-quality test specifications for ICT standards and facilitating their deployment through various testing initiatives. Additionally, Michele worked as a Research Fellow at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna from February 2016 to April 2017, focusing on Intelligent Transport Systems and standards related to vehicular ad hoc networks. Academically, Michele holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Networking from Università di Pisa and Scuola Sant'Anna, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Università di Pisa, and a classical diploma from Liceo Classico "Machiavelli" Lucca. Further educational enrichment includes a summer school course in Applied Functional Programming with Haskell at Utrecht Summer School in 2013.
