Sekhwela Mokgala

Sekhwela Mokgala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital systems, operational excellence, and engineering. Currently serving as a Data and Digitalisation Executive at AutoZone South Africa since May 2021, Sekhwela leads strategic modernization and digitalization initiatives. Prior roles include Head of Digital Systems & Services at Axiz (Pty) Ltd, where Sekhwela directed the digital enterprise strategy, and Founder and Executive Director of Congruent Networks, which specializes in enterprise information systems solutions. Additional experience includes national operational excellence management at DHL Global Forwarding and various engineering positions at Toyota and Anglo American. Sekhwela holds an MSc in Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and a BEng with Honors in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
