Shannon Thayer

Shannon Thayer is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Admissions at Autumn Lake Healthcare since May 2021. With a background in real estate as a Realtor at Douglas Realty, LLC, since January 2017, Shannon has also held multiple positions in social services and operations management across various organizations, including Genesis Healthcare and BrightStar Care. Notably, Shannon served as the Director of Social Services at multiple Genesis locations and was an Operations Manager at both BrightStar Care and Sava Senior Care. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Towson University.
