Kathryn Cullen

Kathryn Cullen serves as Head of Client Delivery at Trinzo since March 2023, leading client engagement efforts to optimize business processes within the medical device and pharmaceutical consultancy sector. Additionally, Kathryn holds the position of Project Lead for Learning and Development at AuxiliaGroup, and serves as Director at KC Consulting Ltd. An Independent Director at Cavan Credit Union since July 2019, Kathryn oversees governance across various functions. Previously, as Program Director for Technology Ireland DIGITAL Skillnet, Kathryn contributed to national workforce talent development in digital technologies. Earlier career experiences include roles at Citi, where Kathryn was Vice President of Global Funds Change Management & Strategy, and at Man, where Kathryn managed critical investment operations. Educational qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Dundalk Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
