Kathryn Lynch

Kathryn Lynch has over a decade of experience in innovation, sustainability, and transformation within various organizations, currently serving as a professional at Chronos Consulting Ltd since November 2011, focusing on strategic IT investments and organizational change. As an Associate Consultant with The Grey Matters Network since June 2019, Kathryn collaborates with corporate entities and SMEs to provide high-quality advisory services. Kathryn has held advisory roles, including a position on the Board of Advisors for the Public Service Innovation Network from October 2021 to November 2023. Previous roles include Programme Manager at AIB, Head of Programme Delivery at Storm Technology Ltd, and Co-Founder of Sage&Stone. Kathryn’s academic qualifications include an MSc and Pg Cert in Sustainability in Enterprise from University College Cork, among other credentials in strategy, innovation, and coaching.
