Syed Hashim Raza has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Syed Hashim started their career at 186k as a Technical Engineer from March 2006 to March 2007. Syed Hashim then joined Daisy Group where they served as a Service Analyst from April 2008 to May 2010, a 2nd line support & Monitoring Analyst from May 2010 to October 2011, and eventually became the NOC Supervisor from October 2011 to October 2013. Syed Hashim then moved to Vodafone UK as a Senior Operations Lead from October 2013 to August 2018, where they managed cloud & hosting operations and led a team of engineers and service desk staff. Syed Hashim then worked at Purple Square as the Head of Support Services from September 2018 to August 2023, where they managed support services, application management, and provided a strategic direction for the division. Currently, they are working at Auxilion as the Head of Service Desk Operations since August 2023. In this role, they are responsible for providing support to external customers, ensuring compliance, driving customer service excellence, and collaborating with Customer Experience Managers to enhance customer experience.

Syed Hashim Raza obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Leeds Beckett University from 2000 to 2004. Syed Hashim then pursued an MSc in Mobile & Distributed Computer Networks from Leeds Beckett University from 2006 to 2007.
