Manoj Shetty

Manoj Shetty has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Customer Relationship Officer at Citicorp Credit Service India Limited. In 2003, they started their own business unit as a Self Employed individual. Later in the same year, they joined DHFL as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy, where they were responsible for strategic initiatives, budgeting, and the creation of business plans. In 2015, they became the Business Head at DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance, managing a team of 150 employees and overseeing sales, operations, credit, renewals, and compliance. In 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Mathew Easow Research Securities Limited, focusing on SME lending. Currently, they are working as the National Sales Product and Credit Head at Auxilo Finserve Private Limited, heading the sales and handling credit for higher education loans.

Manoj Shetty completed a Masters degree in Accounting and Finance from Queen's University Belfast in 2008-2009. Before that, they pursued a MBA in Management Business Administration with a focus on Finance from 2000-2002. Their bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, with a specialization in General Business/Commerce, was obtained from Mumbai University Mumbai in 1998-1999.
