Sangeeta Prashar

Sangeeta Prashar is an experienced operations and human resources leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Duality since February 2023, Sangeeta is focused on addressing real-world challenges in the metaverse. Previously, as the Head of People Operations at Serve Robotics, Sangeeta successfully scaled the workforce from 60 to 100 employees in just five months while coaching leaders on various HR functions. Sangeeta has also held senior HR roles at Odoo, SwimOutlet.com, Wikimedia Foundation, PulteGroup, and Pixar Animation Studios, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy. Sangeeta holds an MBA in International Business from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
