Domingo Rojas Fernandez

Domingo Rojas Fernandez has a strong background in IT management and leadership roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of IT Outsourcing Operations at Auxis, where they implemented agile practices and ITSM processes to ensure the success of the IT Managed Services practice. Prior to that, they worked at Roche in various roles, including Director of IT Shared Services Center Americas, IT Flex Delivery Head for Latin America, IT Head for Central America & Caribbean, and Project Manager for Latin America & SD Manager for CA&C. Domingo also has experience as an IT Consultant at UNDP and as the IT Manager for the Futura 3000 Program at the Central American Bank of Economic Integration. Throughout their career, Domingo Rojas Fernandez has demonstrated a focus on customer satisfaction, strategic planning, and leveraging technology to drive business value.

Domingo Rojas Fernandez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica in the years 1988 to 1995. Domingo then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional from 2002 to 2005. In addition, they completed a Master's degree in Business Administration at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica from 1996 to 1998.

Furthermore, Rojas Fernandez obtained several certifications, including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2019, ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile in 2018, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in February 2008. Domingo also holds an ITIL Foundations certification from APMG.
