Jason Herrington has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Jason is currently working as a Co-Founder at Auxo HR, where they provide small and medium-sized businesses with unbiased HR and benefits expertise to accelerate growth. Prior to this, they worked at Frogslayer as the Head of People + HR, where they partnered with clients to build and scale software products. Jason also has experience at TriNet, where they held various roles, including Learning Program Manager, Sr. Human Capital Business Partner, and Onboarding Manager, gaining expertise in areas such as learning and development, HR consulting, and talent management.
Jason Herrington has a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Abilene Christian University. Jason also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Insurance Agent, Accident, Health, Life from the Texas Department of Insurance in 2022, a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2015, a PHR certification from HRCI in 2014, and they have completed a program on Managing Learning Programs from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
