Bowden Maingay

Bowden Maingay has a diverse and extensive work experience in various management roles. Bowden started their career at Tate & Lyle as a Technical Trainee, where they gained experience in process operations and management. Bowden then worked as a Process Engineer, responsible for new product development and successful startup of new process operations.

Maingay later joined Tetra Pak, where they held multiple roles including Shift Manager, Production Manager, and Technical Key Account Director. Bowden was responsible for managing the Technical Service department, leading production, and overseeing the move of a printing press project.

After Tetra Pak, Maingay served as the Operations Director EMEA at Heartland Food Products Group, where they managed operations at multiple sites and handled logistics across Europe and the Middle East.

Bowden then worked as a Projectmanager at Den Braven Benelux, where they facilitated continuous change and oversaw the Capex process at the factories.

Most recently, Maingay joined BOAL Systems as the Operations Director, overseeing various aspects including planning, production, quality control, and logistics improvement.

Bowden is currently the Managing Director at AV Flexologic, responsible for managing daily operations, improving customer experience, and driving the strategic plan forward.

Bowden Maingay earned a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, where they studied from 1995 to 2003. Additionally, they completed a 1st year degree in Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their International Baccalaureate at Antwerp International School from 1989 to 1994, with a focus on Maths, Chemistry, Physics, German, English, Dutch, and Geography.
